Bendton Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bendton headcover. Because each piece is handmade — often one of a kind — we take real care with every order, and we want you to be genuinely happy with what arrives. If something isn't right, here's how we'll take care of it.

Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused and in its original, resellable condition with any tags attached. Items that have been used on a club, soiled, or altered can't be accepted.

How to start a return
Email us at bendtongolf@bendton.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item (your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it).

Exchanges
Want a different cover instead? Email us and we'll help arrange an exchange. The fastest way is usually to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right — a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. This is on us, not you.

Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you before your order ships.

International returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items under the same terms, but are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or fees. Original shipping and any duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.
