Shipping policy

Every Bendton headcover is handmade, so a little patience gets you something made with real care. Here's exactly what to expect.

Production time
Because each cover is made by hand — and many are one of a kind — please allow 2 business days for us to craft your order before it ships. If an item is in stock and ready to ship, it will go out sooner. If you need an order by a specific date, email us at bendtongolf@bendton.com before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping time (after production)
Once your order is made and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard (US): 3–5 business days
  • Express (US): 1–2 business days
  • International: varies by destination, typically 1–3 weeks

Please note these are shipping estimates that begin after your cover is made — total time to arrival is production time plus shipping time.

  • International: calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier

Order confirmation & tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. If you don't see these, check your spam folder or email us.

International orders, duties & taxes
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country — these are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders can vary due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands, but we're here to help. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at bendton@bendton.com and we'll work with you to make it right. If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll always try to help if something goes wrong.
